Enjoy beautiful lakes, views and trails. 3 lengths Available: Rainy Lake 3K Rated 1A , Lake Ann 5K Rated 2C (700 ft gain) , Maple Pass loop 11K Rated 4C (2000 ft gain). Fall colors and views on all routes. NW Forest Pass/Interagency Pass Required ($5 at trailhead). Mapped walk. Available Thursday Sept 19 registration at WASHINGTON PASS Overlook 9:00am-1:00pm. (no pass required here) Friday Sept 20-Sept 23 (Register at the BARN in Winthrop and drive to the start 35 miles).

EVENT (2) #113627 Mazama
Mazama Trails and Foster Suspension Bridge (13 mi. west of Winthrop). Walk the Methow Community Trail system in the Mazama area. Walk on relatively flat trails. A 6K out and back goes through open fields with views of the mountains and through the forest to Goat Creek bridge. The 10K continues past Goat Creek, goes up and down two short hills and loops through the forest and along the Methow River. A 1K extension goes along the river to Foster Suspension Bridge. Trail will be marked and mapped. Large wheel strollers okay on the entire trail except NOTE: there are two short, dry, cobble creek bed crossings on the 10K. Available Thursday Sept 19 registration at WASHINGTON PASS Overlook 9:00am-1:00pm. (no pass required here)

Views abound as you walk the newly extended Rex Derr Trail Loop. Walk on groomed trail above the lake enjoying the vistas and finish the walk along the lakefront. This year we will be going clockwise around the lake! New Views!
